Questions? Below are our most frequently asked questions.

While our initial culture fit is always a video call, we try to include on-site interviews in the entire process. However, it depends on the circumstances and the location and is therefore individually arranged with each candidate. Either way, we will always communicate this with you in a timely manner.

Yes, we will reimburse your travel expenses if we invite you to an interview in our office. However, we ask you to keep travel expenses as economically feasible and sustainable as possible. Our People & Culture team will be happy to brief you on our travel and reimbursement guidelines.

If you apply for an open position in our Structured Finance team, we might ask you to work on a case study. In any case, you will be informed in time and receive sufficient time to hand in your work.

We are happy to discuss academic project possibilities (e.g., your master’s thesis) with you. We do this individually, so feel free to reach out to our People & Culture team through our unsolicited application form.

For data protection reasons, applications by e-mail cannot be considered and will be deleted immediately upon receipt. We only accept applications submitted through our career page. If you cannot find an open position that matches your expectations or skills, please apply to our “Unsolicited Application” form.

In general, we do not have a dress code. We wear what we feel comfortable in but dress appropriately to the situation, e.g., when meeting external partners or customers.
For your interview you can dress casual – there is no need suit up.
