In the first 30-minute video call, our People & Communications team wants to get to know you better and give you more insights about Pacifico and its culture. Its primary purpose is to clarify first questions and discover your motivation to join Pacifico!

To get an in-depth understanding of the position, you will talk to someone from the specific team. During this interview, you get the chance to impress the hiring manager.

Questions? Below are our most frequently asked questions.

While our initial culture fit is always a video call, we try to include on-site interviews in the entire process. However, it depends on the circumstances and the location and is therefore individually arranged with each candidate. Either way, we will always communicate this with you in a timely manner.

Yes, we will reimburse your travel expenses if we invite you to an interview in our office. However, we ask you to keep travel expenses as economically feasible and sustainable as possible. Our People & Communications team will be happy to brief you on our travel and reimbursement guidelines.

If you apply for an open position in our Structured Finance team, we might ask you to work on a case study. In any case, you will be informed in time and receive sufficient time to hand in your work.

We are happy to discuss academic project possibilities (e.g., your master’s thesis) with you. We do this individually, so feel free to reach out to our People & Communications team through our unsolicited application form.

In general, we do not have a dress code. We wear what we feel comfortable in but dress appropriately to the situation, e.g., when meeting external partners or customers.
For your interview you can dress casual – there is no need suit up.
